Shipping & Delivery

We ship small orders via UPS ground or United States Postal Service unless otherwise requested. Large orders will ship via freight carrier.  Shipping charges will be added to each order. We will call and arrange LTL and explain any freight charges during our transactions so the pricing is clear.  Overnight or express delivery available at an extra charge. Additional shipping charges will be applied for orders reshipped due invalid shipping information provided by customer.

To place an order, please use our online ordering system or call us at (314) 209-9999. Orders can also be emailed at order@forkliftamerica.com, please include a daytime telephone number so we my reach you to confirm your information on email orders.

Methods of Payment

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. Paypal is also accepted. Company purchase orders are accepted for approved accounts only.

Returns & Claims
All claims must be reported within 10 days of receipt of order. Returns must have prior authorization and be sent back within 15 days of receiving a return authorization in original and unopened package. Credit is only given for the merchandise returned and not for shipping. We cannot be responsible for any failure due to over inflation or misuse of product. No returns are allowed on opened product, special orders, clearance items, custom printing, or seasonal merchandise. Credit will be issued on house accounts after service charges, re-stocking fees, & unpaid balances are applied. Please allow up to 30 days for credit to be issued.
