If you’re in a situation where it is impossible to mount a switch for an electrical backup alarm or just prefer the bell sound for a back up alarm. This is what you’re looking for.

Mount to one side of the truck for forward alarm and the other side for reverse alarm. Four gravity actuated hammers will sound the alarm four times ever wheel turn. Can be mounted to either the exposed threads of the lug bolts or to the center axle mounting hub (more common).  As sold, this item accommodates wheel lug bolt patterns with equally spaced 4, 8 or 12 lugs and bolt circles of approximately 2 to 13 inches.  An adaptor plate may be necessary for other configurations.
